Around 11:15am a Hiddenite Fire POV member radioed in to the communications center of a working structure fire. Hiddenite E-351 arrived on scene confirming a working fire with flames through the roof and requested a ladder company. Our E-2 assisted with establishing a water supply and firefighters worked on scene for approximately 75 minutes before the fire was brought under control.
